Creation a corporate catalog for the agricultural company Agrosem

Agrosem is a technology distributor for the agricultural sector that has been operating in the Ukrainian market for over 15 years. The company is actively expanding, growing its network of branches, and introducing new solutions for the agricultural sector.

As the business grew and the strategy evolved, the previous corporate materials no longer reflected the company’s scale or met its communication objectives. A new corporate catalog was needed to systematically explain the company’s operations and help employees better understand the business.

Meaning: A strategy works when everyone on the team understands it.

Mission

Develop the structure, content, and design of a corporate catalog that:

- clearly explains the company's activities
- organizes a large dataset and metrics
- serves as a tool for internal communication

The catalog was intended to be a convenient source of information for more than 500 employees across the company's various branches.

Decision

We developed a new catalog structure, reimagined the content, and created a clear visual communication system.

We adapted a large volume of information into a restrained and logical visual language. Thanks to a clear information architecture, infographics, and thoughtful layout, even complex metrics can be read quickly and easily.

We completely updated the text in line with the company’s strategic priorities. The content is structured into short, informative blocks with an emphasis on facts, achievements, and key areas of development.

It was important for us to create not just a corporate document, but a tool that helps employees understand the company’s scale, its role in the market, and the purpose of working together.
