Project

Agrosem is a Ukrainian agricultural company that supplies equipment, seeds, fertilizers, spare parts, and solutions for the agribusiness sector.

In 2025, the company became the title sponsor of the Re:Farm agricultural conference, which is held annually in Lviv and brings together industry representatives from across the country.

For the brand, this was an opportunity to communicate directly with farmers, agricultural companies, and partners. One of the key areas the company wanted to highlight at the event was tires for agricultural machinery.

Our goal was to create an exhibition booth that would stand out among dozens of other exhibitors and attract visitors' attention.

Mission

Develop a concept and build a booth for the Re:Farm conference that:‍

- stands out prominently among other event participants

- reinforces communication of the Agrosem tire line

- attracts visitors’ attention and encourages them to engage

- creates a recognizable brand zone for the company

It wasn't just about designing the booth, rather, it was about creating a space that serves as a tool for brand communication at the event.

Idea

The concept is based on the metaphor of a pit stop - hat moment in a Formula 1 race when the team quickly changes the tires and sends the car back onto the track. This image is directly linked to the theme of tires and conveys the idea of speed, technology, and teamwork. The style of auto racing became the foundation of the entire visual concept: graphics of racing flags, contrasting colors, and dynamic compositions. We transformed the exhibition stand into a point of interaction between the brand and visitors - a place where attention stops at the pit stop.

Visual concept

The visual language of the booth is based on the aesthetics of motorsports.

The design features:

- graphics inspired by Formula 1 flags

- contrasting red and black colors

- dynamic compositions

- associations with speed and movement

These elements have come together to form a cohesive design concept that stands out clearly in the large exhibition hall and helps the brand distinguish itself from other booths.

Realization


The g.agency team managed the entire project - from the initial concept to the setup of the booth during the conference.

As part of the project, we:

- developed a creative concept

- created the exhibition space design

- prepared 3D visualizations

- organized the production of structures

- prepared advertising and printed materials

- organized the work of hostesses in a motorsports theme

- ensured the setup and dismantling of the booth

Special attention was paid to the details - graphics, promotional materials, and visitor engagement.

Part of the event planning was carried out in collaboration with our partners at Zakohani Event.

Result

The Agrosem booth was one of the most eye-catching at the conference, and the pit stop concept helped draw attention to the tire line in a simple and clear way and encourage visitors to engage.

As a result, the company achieved:

- a prominent brand area among dozens of conference participants

- a clear presentation of the Agrosem tire line

- active engagement with event attendees and purchase inquiries

- an effective space for brand communication during the conference
